House Rules & Regulations:

At surya Resort And Spa, we prioritize the safety and comfort of our guests. To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please adhere to the following house rules:

Vehicle Parking: While we provide parking facilities, we advise guests that the resort shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles parked on the premises. Please note that the hotel does not provide services for handling guest cars, drivers, or maids' accommodations.


Liability for Damages: Guests are kindly requested to take care of the resort property and assets. Any loss or damages caused by guests, their employees, or assistants will be the responsibility of the guest, and the hotel management may recover the costs accordingly.


Laundry Service: To maintain the cleanliness and aesthetics of our premises, washing clothes in bathrooms and hanging them for drying on balconies is strictly prohibited. We offer a same-day laundry service at reasonable rates for your convenience.


Right of Admission: We reserve the right to admit guests into the hotel and may remove individuals not adhering to proper conduct. Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.


Alcohol Consumption: As our gardens are public areas, alcohol consumption is prohibited at all times. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a serene environment for all guests to enjoy.


Personal Belongings: While we strive to ensure the safety of our guests' belongings, the hotel cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged personal items. Electronic safes are provided in every room for your peace of mind.


Smoking Policy: To ensure the comfort of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited in all public areas of the hotel, including the restaurant, lobby, and conference hall. We kindly request smokers to utilize designated smoking areas outside the rooms.


Power Backup: During power cuts, our generator will operate during specified hours to ensure minimal disruption to your stay. Emergency LED battery lights are available in every room for your convenience.


Pet Policy: Please note that pets are not allowed on hotel premises.


Reservation:

Reservation is subject to availability at the time of confirmation.


Arrival & Departure Policy:

Check-In is available from 14:00 PM onwards, and Check-out must be completed before 12:00 PM. Late check-out and early check-in requests will be accommodated based on room availability.


Cancellation Policy:

Guests will receive a 100% refund of their deposit if the reservation is cancelled 15 days prior to arrival.

A 50% refund of the deposit will be provided for cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival.

In the event of flight cancellations or unforeseen circumstances, reservations cannot be cancelled, and 100% retention will be levied.

Please Note: The resort does not provide accommodations for maids or drivers. If a maid shares the room with guests, extra person charges will apply accordingly.


Important Information:

Guests are required to present valid photo ID proof (such as a Passport, Aadhar Card, Voter ID Card, or Driving License) at check-in. Failure to do so may result in the hotel denying entry.

The booking balance must be deposited at the reception upon check-in.
